Pickup & Return

FixLeb will accept returns within 90 days from the date you receive the following Major Appliances:

• Refrigerators (more than 10 cubic feet)
• Water Heaters
• Washers
• Dryers
• Dishwashers
• Freezers
• Ranges
• Cooktops
• Over-the-Range Microwaves
   

In addition, we extend the manufacturer's warranty on Major Appliances to two years and our fixleb Concierge Services provides free warranty assistance on these items*. 

The specifics of warranty coverage depend on the individual manufacturer, but the two-year length of coverage applies to all manufacturers and all the appliances listed above. The FixLeb Concierge Services warranty mirrors the manufacturer's warranty in the second year. For more info on coverage, you may call the manufacturer directly or speak to support@fixleb.com

*FixLeb reserves the right to fulfill the second-year warranty obligation through, at FixLeb's choosing, repair, replacement, or a refund up to the purchase price.
